Based in the centre of Bathampton Village close to the shops and playground, Bathampton Pre-School Playgroup has been nurturing children for over 40 years.

Run by enthusiastic, qualified and experienced staff who are all parents themselves, we work hard to create a friendly and happy environment, facilitating children’s development through play, with plenty of individual care and attention.

We have a lovely large modern hall with a wide range of equipment and access to several outside areas. Over the summer we have upgraded our outdoor areas with help from The Big Lottery Fund and the children are really enjoying the results.

We were pleased to be rated Good by OFSTED in our latest inspection and have excellent links with Bathampton Primary School, itself rated outstanding in its last inspection.

Our current hours are:

Mondays – 8.30am to 1pm (lunch at 12 noon)

Tuesdays – 8.30am to 3pm (lunch at 12 noon)

Wednesdays – 8.30am to 1pm (lunch at 12 noon)

Fridays – 8.30am to 12pm (from January 2016)

This includes an optional ‘early’ session, so drop off can be from 8.30am or from 9am. It also includes an optional ‘lunch’ session, so pick up can be at 12noon with no lunch, or 1pm with lunch.
